Rooms are spacious with large terraces that overlook the pool, beach and ocean. They feature an exotic and romantic mix of colonial furnitures while
maintaining the modern conveniences and comforts of home. (See Room Descriptions Below) Unique to Alamanda Resort is the Full Access Card. Get the card when you check in and then you can use numerous restaurants and other stores all around Orient Beach charging everything to your room at Alamanda. | St. Martin is a small (37 miles2) lush tropical island in the French West Indies yet it is flush with interesting things to do and see. There are 34 beaches on the island. More than 300 restaurants will insure that you always will find good food to eat. The two cultures that share the island make for different attitudes. The French side is more relaxed and quiet whereas the Dutch side is where the cruise ships dock and the casinos are. The island is small enough that you can sample several different attractions within a very short time span. | ||

Deluxe Pool View Rooms: These rooms are ground floor and have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden or the sea. Adjoining rooms can be connected together. All include a sitting area with a double bed or 2 twin beds, a wide terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower. Deluxe Sea View Rooms: These are on the second floor and have a very beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to have a second room on the floor above. They include a sitting area with a king bed, a wide terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, and bathroom with bath-tub.

Ocean View Rooms: With all conveniences and refinement, they invite you to enjoy cool and relaxing moments surrounded by fantastic views of the beach and ocean. The rooms on the beach level have a bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower and can be connected together. The rooms at the 2nd floor have a bathroom with bath-tub and it is possible to have a second room on the floor above. They include a sitting area with a king bed, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs and a kitchenette.

Junior Suites: Subtle blending of natural colors for that certain colonial touch and offering a magical view of the beach and the ocean. With an ample size of over 900 ft2, both of our junior suites include a sitting area with a king bed and a settee, a terrace (285 ft2) with teak lounge chairs and table and a large bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower. The ORIENT BAY SUITE is on ground floor beach front The PRESIDENTIAL SUITE, on the 2nd floor overlooking Orient Bay.

Duplex Rooms: An ideal accommodation to enjoy the comfort of living with your family or friends, our duplexes offer 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms and a large terrace facing the ocean. They include a room with a king bed, a bathroom with bath-tub, a terrace of 105 ft2, and on the upper floor a room offering a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom with shower.
