H.6 is a generously proportioned end-of-building, 2,000 square-foot eighth floor contemporary style
apartment that affords fabulous views on three sides;
over the Caribbean Sea, Mullet Bay golf course and beach, as well as the lagoon.
It features a striking entrance hall, guests' cloakroom, double reception room with bar area,
fully equipped kitchen with high-end KitchenAid® appliances, a separate laundry room and two external terraces.
The light and airy interior is individually furnished and avoids the “designer formula” look with
custom-made pieces and great emphasis on rich texture and color. From Le Corbusier to Conran furniture,
modern murals, Bose audio visual technology and flat screen televisions,
it evokes contrast and comfort at every level. Hand picked antiques and original art help jumble past and present.
We feel the bedrooms and bathrooms are very important to our guests and are as much private
living rooms as bedrooms, providing a perfect setting in which to totally unwind with a good book,
listen to music, watch TV, enjoy a lengthy bath or savor a leisurely shower.
The two master bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, one has a queen bed and the other
two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Both are light and spacious with the amenities
of a luxury hotel including plush Euro-Top Marriott Beds with 250-count bed linens,
hairdryers and security safes. Daily housekeeping service is included.
One bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and the other a small terrace. From both, the views from
eight floors up across St. Maarten are spectacular.
Through the walk-in dressing areas the en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers, Jacuzzi baths,
double basins, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, large bath towels and exclusive bath products.
The laundry room has a Whirlpool washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the facilities expected by the modern traveler including;
room controlled central air; high speed internet access; flat screen TVs with satellite service and
a DVD player; Bose AM-FM clock radios with CD players and iPod connections (a selection of CDs
are available for your enjoyment).
There are direct dial telephones with voice mail and unlimited FREE calls to the USA & Canada,
as well as a local Pay & Go mobile phone.
Where is The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach located?
On the beach at Cupecoy in the Lowlands, just past Mullet Bay and just before the French/Dutch border
(there is no border post, just a sign). The area known as the Dutch Lowlands is perfectly placed for
a short 10-min drive to Marigot and the airport and about a 25-min drive from Philipsburg.
