| The living/dining area offers the largest square footage of all Coral Beach Villas. It is elegantly decorated with plantation style furnishings designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The living area offers state-of-the-art professional audio and visual component system featuring a 50 inch wall mounted plasma screen TV, DVD player, central surround sound system with in-ceiling mounted speakers, and Ipod dock. The formal dining table offers seating for 8 persons. There are 4 counter stools surrounding the breakfast island in the kitchen area. The fully equipped gourmet Effe Ti Italian kitchen features handpicked Viking kitchen appliances: including an electric cooktop & oven, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and wine cooler. There are stone kitchen counter-tops, stainless steel double-bowl deep kitchen sinks, and a full array of accessories & Cuisinart kitchen appliances to prepare that special gourmet meal. | ||

Bedroom 1 opens onto your spacious patio and is just a few steps from your pool and Dawn Beach.
This room also features a 4-poster King bed with a super plush pillow top mattress and custom designer bed spread.
This room is also equipped with custom designer black out draperies, floor to ceiling glass doors, desk,
and a walk-in closet. The electronics include a 32 inch wall mounted flat screen TV, surround sound system
with in-ceiling mounted speakers, Ipod dock and internet access. The bathroom features a designer double glass sink,
a floor to ceiling stone shower equipped with Hansgrohe Rainshower System, and a special feature, is direct
access to your private outdoor shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are very spacious and equally equipped with king beds, super plush pillow top mattresses, custom designer bed spreads, draperies, and floor to ceiling closets. Each bedroom offers garden views, an en-suite bathroom with Hansgrohe Rainshower System, designer single glass sinks, and stone lined indoor showers. These rooms also are equipped with desks and the same electronic and audio system as Bedroom 1.
The terrace includes a plunge pool with a sunken gazebo furnished with custom designer cushions and pillows. The pool is surrounded by 6 deep seating lounge chairs, covered dining area with seating for 8 persons, coffee table with 4 deep seating chairs, and an outdoor speaker system.
